Workout Spots in Salt Lake City
Rebel House
Rebel House is by far my favorite workout studio in Salt Lake City. This gym is top-rated in cycling, boxing, and yoga. You have the option to choose between a variety of different classes. For instance, these classes include a rhythm-based indoor cycling class, a boxing-inspired HITT workout, or a beat-based heated yoga class. All classes are led by instructors who make an effort to personalize each class experience for you. With the diverse selection of classes and personable instructors, you feel a real sense of community. From the moment you are greeted as you walk through the doors, to leaving after a fulfilling workout, Rebel House truly feels like your home away from home!
Boxing-inspired HITT Workout
One of my favorite parts about Rebel House has been getting to know other customers, instructors, and even the owners. Devin and Nina Pearson are the founders of Rebel House. Both Devin and Nina were raised in Salt Lake City and have loved the community ever since they were young. They created Rebel House with the goal of building an empowering environment that celebrated individuality while proving the support of a close-knit community.
When visiting Rebel House you can tell that the staff makes it their goal to offer clients a memorable experience that tests their physical limits and encourages individual growth. Above all, they value the deep connection they have been able to make with clients and the Salt Lake Community alike. All members of the staff remain committed to providing a safe and inspiring environment for each person who walks through the Rebel House doors. If you are in the Salt Lake area I highly recommend taking a 45-minute class, you won’t regret it!

Seek Studio
I’m a Utah native and have loved watching little Salt Lake grow into a vibrant and diverse city. While you will often find me enjoying a good book with a cup of joe in one of our many local roasters, window shopping along with 9th & 9th, or skiing at one of Utah’s many beautiful resorts. I also frequently visit Utah’s workout studios.
A favorite of mine is Seek Studio, located in Salt Lake City. Seek is not only a highly rated studio for Yoga, Functional Training, and Indoor Cycling, but also offers daily classes in their FLOW, STRENGTH, and CYCLE disciplines. One thing that is unique about this particular studio is its attention to detail for its customers. Seek understands that our time is limited and offers multiple 30–90-minute classes while staying budget-friendly. Seek is also offering online classes as well as in-person classes, and is taking extra measures to ensure safety by implementing CDC guidelines during COVID-19.
Power-to the Zen
If your idea of a workout is to channel your inner athlete, or simply learn and experience the benefits of yoga, then Seek is the place for you. The warm and inviting community and culture will have you coming back for more. Seek guides you on a path that is intertwined with daily wellness, stability, strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery, while welcoming diversity in the studio.
If you have a free minute, I highly recommend you check out Seek studio. My favorite class they offer is Power-to the Zen.
