Enjoy a Night at the Theatre!

Salt Lake City has venues that hold Broadway performances, as well as live classical music. A fun fact is that in 2019, the Broadway favorite “Wicked” performed here in Salt Lake, at the Eccles Theatre located downtown. The venues are temporarily closed because of the coronavirus, but we included links that will take you to performances that are planned for the future.

Utah is the home of two Hale Theatres. One is located in Sandy, Utah, which is about 21 minuets south of downtown Salt Lake City, and the other theatre is located in Orem, Utah, which is about 42 minuets south of downtown Salt Lake City.

Their main theatre seating capacity is 2,468 people, and the total cost to build the theatre was $119 million dollars.
